Oh crap, I'm home

Oh crap, I'm back from Vermont and my productivity has only gone down. Spent the weekend with family; was fun, but I had no sketch book. Just as well, the things I sketch are unpopular with my family.

Have some conceptual work.

This is my excuse for everything. With my luck, he was the type that blew his brains out or drank himself to death when the Comics Code was instated.

Ozzy and Quote Retcon and Mini

I recently 'retconed' a character I used to play with my partner; I was thinking his 'backstory' involving one of my partner's characters would make an interesting mini.  Most of it would be narration less and show more, and Ozenea (the monster), when he's around Quote (the girl) would be done in a big, cartoony silhouette.  I'd save the detail for insets and DRAMA. 

Even better, the story took place in a post-apocalyptic world, and without spoiling too much, a river plays an important role, as well as a small outpost; what better place to use as reference then White River Junction!

I've been doing a lot of pencils and conceptual things not worth scanning. 

DAY ONE

THE DAILY DUMP ALL OVER THE INTERNET

I have less then 30 days here. Every day I'm going to work and post it here to accumulate some kind of presence. Most of what I'm doing is bullshit.  I've never worked much with inking, so I'm trying to apply what I've learned overlooking the workshop.  I started inking sketches.
